Qt和Tkinter并没有很好地发挥,你可以感知到 - 我曾经玩过Python图形工具包,并写道 一个可在Qt,GTK或Tkinter中运行的4运算计算器 - 或者甚至一次显示所有内容。

为了让Tkinter和Qt版本同时工作, 我不得不分叉这个过程 - 并单独启动每个工具包 正在运行实例;

您的情况并不相同,因为Qt GUI已经在运行,但也许 有这个开始与你一起可以来一个解决方法。
