您确定名称服务器正在侦听端口53（并且不限于本地请求）吗？我假设你的DNS服务器就是91.100.21.28。

（编辑：实际上，快速dig connectioon.eu +norecurse @x.nic.eu显示主NS为91.100.21.28.hostname-generic.arrownet.dk，解析为91.100.21.28）
