您编译了ruby而没有openssl依赖项。做

rvm requirements

（或rvm notes如果您使用的是没有rvm requirements的旧版本的rvm 并查看您需要在系统中安装的内容（例如，如果您正在运行ubuntu，这些是apt-get命令），然后重新编译您的ruby安装 通过

rvm remove 1.9.2
rvm install 1.9.2
