您的异常与使用Glassfish池无关，它与JNDI绑定SessionFactory有关。

如果您需要的只是在Hibernate中使用Glassfish池，则无需将SessionFactory绑定到JNDI，只需删除name="java:comp/env/hibernate/SessionFactory"并像以前一样使用它（使用HibernateUtils或类似的东西）。

关于异常本身，它非常清楚地识别问题。如果要从JNDI获取会话工厂，请尝试使用其他一些JNDI名称空间，例如name = "java:hibernate/SessionFactory"。
