你有两个主要问题，一个FOR / F无法读取空行（如你发现的那样），如果你使用延迟扩展，你会遇到行set read-input=%%i中感叹号和插入符号的问题。

您可以使用findstr解决两个空行，并在每行前面添加行号。第二个是延迟切换技术。
