我认为一些基本的调试会有很大帮助。

您似乎在混合$_GET和method='post'
尝试使用硬编码值调用mail()的单行脚本。这有用吗？
尝试提交表单。输出$_POST。它有你想要的一切吗？是$_COOKIE？
提前构建您传递给mail的所有字符串。他们每个人看起来都应该这样吗？
尝试将这些确切的字符串直接放入mail()（如上面的＃2）。这有用吗？
