是否可以在PhoneGap中使用此功能：

navigator.camera.getPicture(onPhotoLoadSuccess, onFail, { quality: 50, 
    destinationType: navigator.camera.DestinationType.FILE_URI,
    sourceType: navigator.camera.PictureSourceType.PHOTOLIBRARY });

onFail总是被调用，因为它无法访问摄像头。我知道模拟器没有相机，但我想仍然可以访问照片库。
