问题是<base href="http://hecotravel.com/">元素，它指示所有链接都与http://hecotravel.com/相关。因此，指向#traveler的链接是指向http://hecotravel.com/#traveler的链接，该链接与http://hecotravel.com/request不同。

删除<base>元素或链接到request#traveler。
