您的测试被忽略的原因是所有TestFixture类都必须是公共的。如果您没有明确说明可见性级别，那么.NET假定您的类只应在程序集中可见（在C＃中为Friend aka Internal）。由于NUnit GUI不是程序集的一部分，因此无法创建TestFixture。简单改变一下：

Class HomePageTests

为：

Public Class HomePageTests
