您使用的代理可能需要NTLM身份验证，而maven不支持。您可以尝试使用CNTLM： http://cntlm.sourceforge.net/

JBoss存储库已于2011年6月移动，导致许多其他用户遇到您描述的问题。您很可能需要更改pom中的URL。
