看起来该插件的作者错过了在文档的Usage部分添加Jetty依赖项。但是，如果查看Running Lift，您会看到Jetty是外部必需的依赖项：

尝试将所有lib和main类复制到jar / war的根目录，并将类路径设置为lib / *。确保lib包含所有的jetty jar。这适用于我=＆gt;
