适用于GAE的开发服务器

（1）使用浏览器转到http://localhost:8080/_ah/login以检查管理员电子邮件。默认值为test@example.com

（2）将 - email=test@example.com --passin 添加到appcfg.py参数中，然后按Enter键输入密码

（3）应用程序id具有开发服务器的前缀 dev~ ，例如 application = dev~myappid
