您需要编写后端来进行数据库更新。 Javascript在客户端上运行,不可能自己做。在ASP.NET中,您通常编写一个Web服务(.svc或.asmx),它接收POST jEditable可以发送以进行数据库更新。

当你在一个元素上调用.editable()时,第一个参数是它应该将结果发布到的URL - 应该指向你的web服务。
