我已经设置了一个运行Rails 3.1.0rc6，Thin和Nginx的生产环境。

出于某种原因，在config.action_dispatch.x_sendfile_header = "X-Accel-Redirect"中设置了config/environments/production.rb，Rails似乎完全忽略了它;资产未被提供，一个文件的响应标头如下：

我已经尝试/etc/init.d/thin stop然后再次启动它几次，但无济于事。

我在production.log中遇到过这个问题：

Started GET "/assets/bg-linen-light.png" for ***** at 2011-08-28 11:04:42 +0400
Served asset /bg-linen-light.png - 304 Not Modified (102ms)

问题是浏览器在 x_sendfile_header之前已将文件更改为应该是什么，因此似乎Rails（和/或浏览器）在改变变量。

转到rails console并输入Rails.cache.clear即可解决问题。经过艰苦的刷新解决了这个问题！
