Question

我最近更新了我的XP机器，现在我无法运行任何我的WCF（.NET 3.5）Web应用程序。当我使用以下异常调用var wsHttpBinding = new WSHttpBinding();时崩溃：

  

无法加载类型   'System.Security.Authentication.ExtendedProtection.ExtendedProtectionPolicy'   来自程序集'系统，版本= 2.0.0.0，文化=中立，   公钥= b77a5c561934e089' 。

我已阅读此post但它没有帮助。 Microsoft上有很多帖子都没有帮助。
