我使用Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio 2008 R3，Visual Studio 2010和Windows Vista，.NET 3.5。

我怀疑您的计算机上安装的XNA版本已经过时了XNA RDS 2008的预期版本。我建议您安装RDS 4 Beta 2，这将下载并安装匹配版本的XNA。
