没有人打算自编base。它与特定的ghc安装相关联，因此如果构建它，则无法使用任何其他基本包。基础包不是用hackage构建的，我并不感到惊讶;很可能没有人试图建立它。

无论如何，我会尝试checking out the ghc source。 base.buildinfo.in文件将位于base package repo中。您可以将文件从repo复制到解压缩的发行版，但是从签出的源代码构建可能更好。

确保只安装文档而不是库。
