如果您使用android SDK管理器，请确保以“管理员”身份运行它。我遇到了同样的问题，发现它在SDK管理器的第一次基本安装（在UAC下运行，因此管理员权限）之后安装/删除其他部件时挂起。与Eclipse无关，虽然有时您可以在该工具中获得类似的问题以及解决方案也以管理员身份运行。
