首先xmlns:tns命名空间在其开头有空格

右键单击项目文件 - ＆gt;添加网络参考 - ＆gt;输入网络服务的网址，瞧！

这应该在Web.config（或App.config）中创建必要的条目以及您将在应用程序中使用的代理类。
