Maven 无法识别依赖项目 -

Question

我有两个项目，第一个是 maven 项目，我试图在其中创建 jar 文件：

mvn clean compile assembly:single

我用于其库的第二个项目，在 Intellij 中我已将其指定为依赖项。

此外，我使用的是 JDK 11(11.0.8) 并且项目级别设置为 8 - 两个项目都使用 Java。
