  1. 仅将messages_en.properties文件放在src / main / resource文件夹中
  2. 确保文件名正确为messages_en.properties而不是 message_en.properties

您的MessageSource bean定义有点令人困惑。通常，basename是要用于消息解析的文件名的前缀（减去.properties），Spring和JDK ResourceBundle类将附加语言和/或国家/地区缩写。

一个重要的考虑因素是，为了自动重新加载，属性文件不应该在类路径中。服务器通常会缓存属性，所以如果它在classes文件夹中，它就不会真正有效。对于每个Spring文档，在classpath：messages的情况下，cachedSeconds不是-1将不会有任何效果。

除了所有答案之外，请确保您让.jsp文件由Spring Framework处理。如果直接访问.jsp，则不会处理spring标记，并且您将看到完全相同的错误。简而言之，通过控制器公开.jsps 。
