使用 Cognito 放大 init 最低权限

我无法提供管理员角色，因此任何人都可以帮助我了解我需要哪些最低 IAM 角色才能开始使用此角色。也可以决定我想在 amplify init 中使用哪个 s3 存储桶，以便我可以要求特定的存储桶权限。
