Wordpress 自定义插件页面 get_header() 不呈现菜单 css

Question

在我的自定义插件页面中，我包含了 wp-load.php 也调用函数 get_header()。 它只渲染菜单而不渲染它的 css，这个问题对于 get_footer() 是一样的。
