您代码中的主要错误是 else if，它应该是 elseif，您应该以不同的方式重命名您的自定义函数 woocommerce_email_header。

$email->object 没有问题，它是 WC_Order 对象。如果需要，您可以使用 $email->object->get_id() 5 获取订单 ID。
