配置：错误：远程访问需要 curl。安装 curl 或使用 --disable-dap 构建

当我运行 CPPFLAGS='-I${H5DIR}/include -I${ZDIR}/include' LDFLAGS='-L${H5DIR}/lib -L${ZDIR}/lib' ./configure --prefix=${NCDIR} 命令安装 netcdf-c 时，出现以下错误。

checking for curl_easy_setopt in -lcurl... no  checking for library containing curl_easy_setopt... no configure: error: curl required for remote access. Install curl build with disable-dap.

该错误与安装 curl 相关。但我已经安装了它，它的安装文件夹可以生成如下：

为什么 netcdf- 安装过程无法访问 curl？
