user_id 似乎有一个强制字段值唯一的索引

但是在您的 users.json 文件中，没有 user_id 字段。因此，在导入数据时，它会为所有用户创建具有空值的字段。由于该字段是唯一的，因此您有此错误 dup key:

因此，要解决此问题，您必须删除 user_id 字段上的索引。文档的标识符在 mongodb 中命名为 _id
