昨天晚上，Apache 工作正常，而 PHP 和 MySQL 正常。今天，MySQL 启动了，但 Apache 没有。
我运行的是 Apache 2.4。
CMD 上没有出现Apache和MySQL（当我输入sc delete "MySQL"时，返回的是：指定的服务不作为已安装的服务存在。 ）。但是，XAMPP 可以启动它们。
我从字面上搜索了我可以在网上找到的每篇文章。一切都建议我更改端口。
我的端口是 81。
我的 SSL 端口是 10443。
netstat -ano | findstr :81 什么都不返回。

我再也受不了了。我将 htdocs 移到我的桌面并卸载了 XAMPP。我重新安装并记得 MySQL 没有保存 :( 无论如何，我启动了 XAMPP，现在一切正常！
