Gitlab NPM 注册表安装 503

我已将一个包发布到 Gitlab NPM 注册表，现在我正在尝试将该包安装到另一个项目中。

当我在终端运行时： yarn add @org-name/project 或 npm i @org-name/project

我得到（4x）： info There appears to be trouble with the npm registry (returned undefined). Retrying…

然后在终端进行上述 4 次尝试后，我得到： ResponseError: Request failed “503 Service Unavailable”
