我想知道我还能做些什么来减少在 Heroku 中部署 Java 应用程序的时间。现在大约需要 30 分钟，有时甚至更长。我正在尝试使用 .jar 和 .war 档案，并且都通过 heroku cli 和作为 maven 插件。我选择什么并不重要，部署时间保持相似。应用程序没有那么重，.jar 大约 70MB，war 大约 160MB（因为对于 maven 插件，它需要额外的所有依赖项）。
