安装XAMPP后，iisexpress.exe'退出，代码为0（0x0）

Question

安装XAMPP后，IIS无法启动。

尝试在.net 2019年启动mvc visual-studio应用程序时遇到以下错误。

程序“ [1416] iisexpress.exe”已退出，代码为0（0x0）。

IIS在端口53366中工作，而XAMPP在端口80中工作。

The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.
For more information about the error, run iisexpress.exe with the tracing switch enabled (/trace:error).
