使用蜂窝数据时无法始终接收Firebase云消息传递数据

与stackoverflow中的其他帖子不同，我的firebase应用程序实际上在工作，但不一致。 在大多数情况下，设备正在使用蜂窝数据时，应用程序不会收到任何消息。 （随机工作，过一段时间后不工作） 但是，一旦我连接了Wi-Fi，一切都将正常运行，并且在断开Wi-Fi并切换为使用蜂窝数据后，它仍会工作几分钟。该应用程序和google-play-service已设置为启用在后台使用蜂窝数据和无限制使用数据。
