The service has not been started

在进行了一些谷歌搜索之后，这个问题应该是由使用我正在尝试使用的端口的另一个服务/进程引起的（80）。当我转到Wamp->Apache->Services->Test port 80时，似乎有一些OTHER apache程序正在使用该端口。我不知道它在哪里或它是如何到达那里的，但我发现它无法安装在任何地方。

此外，尝试停止占用端口的Apache服务会给我带来另一个错误：

The operation could not be completed.
Access is denied.

我有同样的问题，但不是Skype。我的解决方案是从Wamp菜单中单击“停止所有服务”，然后从任务管理器手动终止httpd.exe进程。（它可能有2个运行httpd.exe，全部杀死）

然后从“Wamp”菜单中“启动所有服务”，它再次运行。

我进入了Wamp-＆gt; Apache-＆gt; http config
将端口更改为8080并保存（Listen xx.xx.xx.xx：8080 听8080）
点击了wamp图标，然后点击“重启所有服务”
点击了wapm图标并'put online'
