TableView页脚不在正确的位置

我的第一次尝试将页脚放置在正确的位置，但是它太靠近前缘，这使我增加了1个约束来解决此问题。这样做导致页脚位于页眉上方，这显然不是预期的行为。我要做的就是从我的第一次尝试中将10点添加到领先保证金中。想法？
