听起来像是一个苹果虫。如果你告诉Xcode继续而不是崩溃，你可能会继续工作，好像什么都没有出错。如果所有其他方法都失败了，您可以考虑使用PlistBuddy或默认值来操纵您的plist。（属性列表Editor.app将是理想的，但我不认为它包含在Xcode 4安装中。）
