我的猜测是你的install.xml包含一个InfoPanel引用，如：

  <panels>
    <panel classname="InfoPanel" />
    ...
  </panels>

和resourcedef如：

<resources>
  <res id="HTMLInfoPanel.info" src="Readme.txt" />
  ...
</resources>

实际上引用了缺少的“Readme.txt”文件，该文件将显示在信息面板中。

您应该创建此文件或将其移动到D：\ trail \ simple目录。
