这很简单，我有我的MainView.xib和一个名为FirstViewController的视图（h / m / xib）。

在MainWindow.xib中我添加一个UIViewController并将类名更改为FirstViewController并设置Nib名称（altouhg我已经尝试过两种方式）。

听起来你的FirstViewController没有被保留 - 如果它没有被分配到任何地方的插座，没有任何东西保留它，它就会消失。在某个地方添加一个属性（也许是你的AppDelegate，如果这就是你所有的）并将它连接到控制器：
