我正在尝试注册自托管的Azure集成运行时。 以前曾经可以使用，但是突然之间现有的运行时无法连接。

我已经：

• 重新安装了本地运行时安装
• 删除了Azure中的集成运行时，并创建了一个新的
• 在Azure中重新生成密钥并尝试使用key1和key2
• 试图在其他服务器上安装运行时
• 试图从“编辑集成运行时”页面使用Express设置

但是当我尝试注册时，总是会出现以下错误：

最后，唯一的解决方案是创建一个新的数据工厂并删除旧的工厂。 不知道为什么最初突然停止工作。
