尝试hyperledger/fabric-ca:1.4.8。 latest标签已被弃用，请改用特定标签。通过将Local Image更新为Docker Image，也可以解决Local Images和1.4.8错误。

@alpha已经回答了这个问题。我只想补充一点。您可以使用-i将要用于启动网络的图像标签传递给命令。其默认值latest。您可以通过将--help标志传递给命令./fabricNetwork.sh up来查看此情况。

可以在目录的Local Version文件中找到图像的.env。 DOCKER_IMAGE_VERSION是您使用-i标志传递的版本。这两个应该具有相同的值，否则您将得到此值。
