它试图获取https://github.com/nstepien/iltorb/releases/download/v2.4.5/iltorb-v2.4.5-node-v67-win32-x64.tar.gz，但是正如您在列表中看到的那样，v67不存在了（吗？）：https://github.com/nstepien/iltorb/releases/tag/v2.4.5
如果可以的话，可能会删除package-lock.json文件并再次运行npm install，因此它将获得最新版本，而不是您的锁定文件中的最新版本。
