但是，如果尝试从cmd行运行mvn clean install，则会出现以下错误：

我通过添加-Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2来解决此问题。

即mvn clean install -DskipTests -Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2
