PostgreSQL迁移后PGAdmin4不创建表

Question

我是Django的新手，正在尝试将PostgreSQL查询迁移到PGAdmin4。一切工作正常-makemigrations命令，sqlmigrate命令，甚至migrate命令都不会产生任何错误。但是刷新时我看不到PGAdmin4中的表。 我的settings.py文件的“数据库”部分为
