AWS Elasticsearch快照停留在状态IN_PROGRESS

Question

我正在使用来自AWS的ElasticService。我的整体健康状况{} {1}}。我可以看到，有一张快照将持续近2天。

我不知道下一步该怎么做。我无法修复它，并且许多API调用无法正常执行。我可以看到，它在两天后突然自行解决，但是基本上我不知道如何解决它以及问题出在哪里。

问题：

1. 我可以配置在哪里，弹性创建整个集群的快照应该多久一次？还是只是选择应快照哪个索引？
2. 我是否可以在S3的{"Message":"Your request: '/_snapshot/cs-automated-enc/2020-07-13t13-30-56.2a009367-21fd-48ab-accc-36a3f61db683' is not allowed."}中看到文件，或者它对用户不可用，它已包含在Elastic AWS服务中？
3. 存储在cs-automated-enc中的快照是否包含在Elasticsearch价格中？
