Question

我和我的朋友一起在这个网页上工作，我们有相同的代码。现在代码可以在我的PC上正常工作，导航栏和所有功能都可以正常运行。但是对他来说，bootstrap无效。为什么会这样呢？以及我们该如何解决？另外，我们正在使用Xampp服务器。
