Docker安装问题

我是使用Docker的新手（以前从未使用过），并且遇到了以下错误：

• 我安装了适用于Windows的Docker，并按照此步骤进行操作 教程，但是Docker Desktop根本无法为我加载。
• 我尝试运行docker pull hello-world命令，但出现错误：The system cannot find the file specified. In the default daemon configuration on Windows, the docker client must be run elevated to connect. This error may also indicate that the docker daemon is not running.

我该如何解决？谢谢
