您收到的错误消息不是特定于Docker的，而是与您的软件包管理器apt有关。

尽管您正在使用apt-get update更新软件包列表，但是您并未安装更新版本的软件包。现在发生的是，您正在尝试安装已经安装的软件包的较新版本，从而导致出现错误消息。

如果使用apt-get upgrade，则apt将安装已安装软件包的较新版本。

更改第五行，如下所示将解决该问题：
