无法为主题创建事件订阅

它确实将“ provisioningState”显示为“正在创建”，有一段时间我也可以在门户网站上看到它的创建时间，但几分钟后它就会显示出来。

写订阅-在门户网站上失败，订阅消失。并可以查看以下日志
