libssl软件包的位置不正确。

访问http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openssl1.0/网站，并下载libssl文件之一。在我访问的那一刻，我已经下载了一个 libssl1.0.0_1.0.2n-1ubuntu5.3_amd64.deb 文件。

之后：

sudo dpkg -i libssl1.0.0_1.0.2n-1ubuntu5.3_amd64.deb
wget https://download.cdn.viber.com/cdn/desktop/Linux/viber.deb
sudo dpkg -i viber.deb

如果有一些依赖要求，请运行：

apt-get install -f
