不，那不会飞。没有商定的标准来缩写时区名称。中国标准时间和中央标准时间（CST）的通用缩写很难制作，可能永远都是模棱两可的。查看常见缩写的this list。
在Windows Phone上没有Windows所拥有的时区数据库（HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Time Zones）。你必须自己制作。
