Springboot热重载在IDEA中不起作用

Question

我有两个项目，项目A是springboot项目，我将其构建为jar并将其导入项目B，如下所示的POM

在项目B中，某些类从项目A扩展了该类，它的工作正常，但热重载在项目B中不起作用，更改项目B的代码后，我可以看到springboot重新启动并在控制台中重载，但是新代码无效（更改thymeleaf代码可以重新加载），并且如果我在调试模式下运行项目B，一切都很好。同样如果我将项目B创建为项目A的模块，那么一切也很好，我也不知道会发生什么情况以及如何解决它，似乎所有配置都是正确的，下面是项目A的POM供您参考，非常感谢。
