我在项目中声明了spring-boot Spring-boot 2.3.0.M4和JDK 11，但是我得到了... ConfigurationClassPostProcessor的NoSuchBeanDefinitionException，并且创建名称为... ProxyTransactionManagementConfiguration的bean时出错这是堆栈跟踪：

I searched and found it is not **@Autowire**  is not creating bean but nothing helped.
